Vital Path provides digital tools, resources, and guidance to support new graduate and internationally educated nurses in Ontario as they navigate the job search process. Our Services include digital guides, AI-based tools, 1:1 coaching sessions, and other resources that may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Ontario, Canada, to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the Services for your own personal career development.
• You will not share your account credentials or use the Services on behalf of others without our written permission.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and while using the Services.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Certain Services (such as Premium memberships) require payment. Payment terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
• Unless otherwise specified, fees are billed weekly and payable in advance.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• We offer a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied, subject to reasonable use and at our sole discretion.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Vital Path reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or limit access to the Services at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) situations where:

• We determine that your needs are outside the scope of our Services;
• You engage in conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with our community values;
• We believe that continued use of the Services would harm Vital Path, its staff, or its users.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and explanation where appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital Path is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services during the six months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
